Worldwide Shipping will be provided by :

l          Hong Kong Post Office Air Mail Registered Mail (5-12 business days) .

You will receive a tracking no. & a links (according to the shipping method used) in the confirmation email that is sent once your order has been shipped.

Our shipping staff will select the most effective carrier for your order to insure a secure and speedy delivery. If you prefer a specific carrier, you can enter it in the comments during checkout.

International buyers are responsible for any duties, tariffs, brokerage fees or taxes associated with shipping to their respective countries.

If a shipment is refused or returned due to an error in the shipping address that you have provided, you will be charged the shipping fee again for your package to be redelivered.

If customers reject the package because of customs issue or other issues arouse at their side, we will not be responsible for arranging any refund towards the rejected package as we have fulfilled our obligation to complete and ship the orders to the customers.

For lost shipment,we will ship again for all lost orders. If, however, an item in your order is already out of stock/out of print, we will consider a refund with MallKee credit.

If your shipping address is different than you're billing address or P.O.Box (other payment method), please call your consignee to make them aware of the shipment. We will not be responsible for arranging any lost and damage and No Shipping Status will be provided if shipped to P.O. Box.
