Unopened products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase,
these are subject to 30% handling fee. If returns with incomplete or damaged package, extra 20% restocking fee will be charged. MallKee holds no liability for damage to your devices caused by products sold directly or indirectly from our company.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Opened products may be returned for a *Defective Discs Replacement (DDR) instead of a refund within 30 days of purchase. like regular order shipments, replacement are sent to your shipping address. Depending on the shipping method, you may or may not be able to track its progress.
Any replacement will be indicated on the MY ORDER page, which can be accessed by logging into My Account. If, however, an item in your order is already out of stock/out of print, MallKee will consider a refund with MallKee credit.

All merchandise returned for credit or exchange must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number or Defective Discs Replacement (DDR) number.
Please obtain a RMA or DDR number at “Contact us” page before returning any item. When requesting a RMA or DDR number, please state your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for return. We will only accept returns which have an RMA or DDR number.
All returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid. Products must be received within 25 days of the RMA issuance date.
Please return item via trackable method, MallKee will not be responsible for shipment lost during return process.
Once the returned merchandise is received, we will promptly replace any defective merchandise or exchange with items of the same value if the original product is no longer available.
RMA or DDR will take about 7-10 business days to process.
Most of the products sold through MallKee have no warranty. If the product becomes defective within 30 days from the date of purchase, MallKee will provide replacment at no extra charge. The return product must be in the original condition to qualify for replacement. Product warranty will be voided if the return product is physically damaged or has been modified in anyway. Out of warranty service is subject to a minimum 30% service fee.
